As defenders of a large portion of the regional fleet, we work directly with 60 boats and most of the boats taking part in the fish market.
We give priority to and work essentially with the species resulting from the French fishing industry:

Scallop, sea almond, whelk, cockle, oyster, mussel, abalone, clam, scallop, clam and white venus
Spider crab, prawn, green crab, shrimp, velvet crab, lobster and brown crab
Squid and cuttlefish
Tope/shark, skate and dogfish
