In order to carry out our work, we are committed to training our staff. For this reason, we have established partnerships with recognised institutions for several years to carry out training sessions for our business sectors.

As a responsible company, concerned about the well-being of our employees, we have provided shuttles allowing them to get to work, which we know is difficult. Some of our employees are paid on a performance basis. Bonuses correspond to their production level.
